The owner, Georgette Timmermans, offers 3 comfortable apartments, suitable for both business and leisure travellers, 2 of which have a private terrace. Within easy walking distance of the hotel you will find most of the historical monuments and museums Antwerp is famous for. Very profitable promotion! During July and August you can stay in a Luxury Suite with a Whirlpool for 4 nights for a very low price if you arrive on a Monday!

The hotel is housed in an early 15th century building. It takes its name from the local trade in exotic fruit, which was prevalent from 1445.
A restaurant-bar is located on the hotel's ground floor and is open for breakfast and lunch (open 10:00 - 17:00, Tuesday - Saturday). It can also be reserved for an evening dinner for group functions (up to 18 diners).
Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.50 per person.
